Refund & Cancellation Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy

All payments made to S&N Healthcare Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies to all deposits, partial payments, and full tuition payments. Once a student enrolls, their seat is reserved exclusively for them, and no refunds or credit transfers will be issued under any circumstances.

Rescheduling & Attendance

  • Rescheduling: A one-time reschedule may be granted at the Academy's discretion. Requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the class start date.

  • Attendance: Failure to attend scheduled classes or excessive tardiness may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

  • Dismissal: S&N Healthcare Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student for conduct violations or failure to meet competency requirements without a refund.
