Terms & Conditions

1. Enrollment & Seat Reservation

To secure a seat in any course at S&N Healthcare Academy, students must complete the formal registration process and submit either the required deposit or full tuition payment. Seats are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment is not considered "confirmed" until the Academy has successfully processed your payment.
 

2. Tuition & Payment Terms

All tuition fees must be paid in full prior to the course start date. The only exception is for students with a pre-approved payment arrangement authorized by the Academy. Failure to finalize payment by the deadline may result in immediate removal from the course and forfeiture of the seat.
 

3. Refund & Non-Transferability Policy

All payments made to S&N Healthcare Academy are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy applies to all forms of payment, including but not limited to:

  • Initial Deposits

  • Partial Payments

  • Full Tuition Payments

By enrolling, you acknowledge that your seat is reserved exclusively for you; therefore, no refunds or transfers to other individuals or future terms will be issued under any circumstances.
 

4. Rescheduling Policy

If a student cannot attend their scheduled class, a one-time reschedule may be granted at the sole discretion of the Academy.

  • Notice Requirement: Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours before the class start date.

  • Approval: Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.
     

5. Attendance & Dismissal

Success in healthcare training requires consistent attendance. Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Excessive tardiness, unexcused absenteeism, or failure to complete the required clinical/course hours may result in dismissal from the program. In the event of dismissal for attendance, no refund will be provided.
 

6. Student Conduct & Professionalism

S&N Healthcare Academy maintains a professional learning environment. Students are required to:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and peers with professional respect.

  • Strictly adhere to all classroom and clinical safety guidelines.

  • Refrain from any disruptive or inappropriate behavior. The Academy reserves the right to dismiss any student who fails to comply with these standards without a refund.
     

7. Certification Requirements

Certificates of completion are earned, not purchased. Certificates will be issued only to students who:

  1. Successfully pass all required coursework.

  2. Demonstrate clinical competency in required skills.

  3. Meet all minimum attendance requirements.
     

8. Right to Refuse Service

S&N Healthcare Academy reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any student who fails to comply with any Academy policies, at any time, without a refund.
 

9. Policy Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a course or submitting payment to S&N Healthcare Academy, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and policies outlined above.
